Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Pooja Pacific Partners (ABN 28 776 402 064) handles personal information when you use our websites, including pooja.au and related staging environments, or when you contact us.
We are based in Brisbane, Queensland, and provide technology services for not-for-profit organisations.
We keep this policy short and specific to how the site actually works. It is not legal advice. If our services or systems change, we will update this page.
What personal information we collect
Contact form
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to send us.
- Required: name, email address, and message
- Optional: phone number, and preferred time to call
We only use that information to understand your enquiry and reply to you.
Spam protection and security
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and automated abuse. As part of that check, technical information such as your IP address may be processed by Cloudflare.
We also use a short-term limit on how many form submissions can come from the same IP address. That helps protect the form from misuse.
Website and hosting logs
Like most websites, our hosting environment and Cloudflare (which sits in front of the site) create standard technical logs when you visit. Those logs can include IP address, date and time, pages requested, and browser details.
We use that information to run, secure, and troubleshoot the website. We do not use it to build marketing profiles.
Booking a meeting
If you use a “Book a meeting” or “Let’s Connect” link, you leave our website and use Calendly. Calendly then collects the information needed to schedule the meeting under its own privacy terms. We only receive the booking details Calendly shares with us for that appointment.
What we do not collect through this website
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers or marketing pixels on this site.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not currently offer public blog comments on this site.
Why we collect it
We collect personal information so we can
- respond to enquiries and follow up when you ask us to
- protect the website and form from spam and abuse
- operate and secure the website
- keep ordinary business records of conversations that may lead to work together
How we hold and protect information
Contact form submissions are sent by email through our email delivery provider (Resend) to our business inbox. They are not stored in a public database on the website.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we aim to keep access limited to people who need it for the purposes above.
Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to operate the service you used.
- Resend delivers the contact-form email
- Cloudflare provides website security, content delivery, and Turnstile spam protection
- Calendly handles meeting bookings if you use that link
- Our professional advisers or service providers if needed to run the business lawfully and securely
- Authorities if the law requires disclosure
Some of those providers may process information outside Australia. Where that happens, it is because those tools are part of how the website and email systems work.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a reasonable business record of the conversation. Technical logs are kept for ordinary operational periods and then rotated or deleted as part of normal system maintenance.
If you ask us to delete information we hold about you, we will take reasonable steps to do so where we still control it, unless we need to keep it for legal or legitimate business reasons.
Access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Direct marketing
We do not use the contact form to add you to a marketing list without your agreement. If we ever send optional updates and you would rather not receive them, tell us and we will stop.
Children
This website is aimed at organisations and adult decision-makers. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the contact form.
Australian privacy law
Depending on turnover and circumstances, some small businesses are not fully covered by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We still aim to handle personal information carefully and openly, in line with good Australian privacy practice and the spirit of the Australian Privacy Principles.
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. You may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
How to contact us
For privacy questions, access requests or complaints, please use the contact form on the home page. Mention that your message is about privacy so we can prioritise it.
